Today, construction is a modern, safe industry—less physically demanding than it used to be—and it offers an excellent opportunity for new generations to secure a future in the workforce.
With the goal of fostering a much-needed generational transition in our country’s construction sector, we have launched non-formal training programs created and taught by Daniel Ramia. Through short-term courses and hands-on workshops, we aim to give young people the opportunity to discover this exciting trade and pass on knowledge about an activity that is essential to society.

Introduction to Masonry (Plastering)
This level is designed for young people who have discovered a passion for this field, as well as interested individuals who do not yet have practical experience—both of whom have had some experience as construction assistants or have already completed the introductory course in residential construction. The course is designed to provide the basic practical skills needed to get started in masonry.
